Package 1 — Basic Video | $500

Package 2 — Enhanced Video | $750
Everything in the Basic package, plus engaging visuals to reinforce your message.

Additional Team Members
If multiple people from your organization want their own 60-second video:
- All participants must be present at the same scheduled session.
- Each person will receive their own edited video.
- Additional participants are discounted 40% off the package price.

- Three people, Enhanced package → $750 + $450 + $450
How It Works

Add-on Details:
- Graphics. We provide very basic photos/text/graphics for the base price, this would be working with your logo, a graphic to display your name and title in the beginning of the video and text on-screen as needed in the video. If you wanted more graphics to be on screen we can definitely do that. Add-on cost would be $250 (we would discuss what you are looking for, if it is more complex the cost would be adjusted)
- Logo Custom Animation: We can bring your brand to life with custom animation. We would need your high-quality (vector) logo file. We would create an animated logo and provide you that individual video file (aprox 5-7 seconds long) so you can use it for any project you do with LiveWire or with anyone else. Add-on cost would be $325.
- Shoot location: If your location is outside of a 20-mile radius from Argyle we would calculate the additional cost to cover mileage. Cost includes doing one set-up at the location. If multiple set-ups within the location are requested we will discuss the cost implications.
- Exceeding 60-seconds: We are flexible when it comes to exceeding the 60-second video length. If the final video is over 70-seconds (aprox 200 words) we would discuss any additional costs, these may start at $150.

Terms and Conditions:
Payment Details: To secure your offer now complete the form above, payment must be made immediately to secure the exclusive rate. Any add-on’s will be due upon project completion. Final approved mastered video will not be delivered until final payment is received.
Delays: Any delays caused by you, the client, resulting in a 30-day delay may result in a delayment fee to “re-boot” the project when you are ready to move forward again, delayment fees vary but average $200. Talk to us about potential delays as soon as possible.
Reschedules/no-shows: We will work with you to reschedule a shoot, we ask that you give us a 5-day notice for rescheduling. Rescheduling with less than a 5-day notice or a no-show to the shoot session will result in a $250 fee.
Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required to secure this special promotional rate and reserve your spot.
If a project termination is requested before a shoot date has been scheduled, a $250 non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover planning and administrative time, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Once a shoot date has been scheduled, all payments become non-refundable. Your payment reserves production time exclusively for your project, and cancellations after scheduling mean that other opportunities are turned away.
Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 5 days’ notice, based on availability.
