Friends in Need Food Shelf Video Tour
Project Description
We LOVE solving “problems” with video. We met with the director of Friends in Need Food Shelf and they wanted to make it easier for new clients of their food shelf when they come in for the first time. They spend a lot of time giving orientations to new people so we came up with a plan for a video tour along with a client testimonial. Having a video that people could watch in advance would level-set expectations, reduce stress for the person in need and free-up time that staff normally spends providing these details so they can focus on serving people. The video ALSO will help provide useful information for churches, businesses, and groups who are looking to support the food shelf, they will see how it operates and get an idea on how their contributions would be utilized. As we have said before… video IS so powerful!
